20-Day Return Policy

Customers may request a return within 20 days of delivery subject to the following conditions:

Products exchanged cannot be replaced with items of lower value. Any balance amount will not be refunded unless otherwise specified.

Upgrade Policy

Customers may upgrade eligible diamond or platinum jewellery purchased from VALSTAND under the following conditions:

• Existing jewellery may be exchanged at up to 100% of its original purchase value
  
• The upgraded jewellery must be at least 40% higher in value
  
• Upgrade eligibility may be subject to product condition and applicable timelines
