As per Government of India regulations, all applicable jewellery designs above the prescribed weight are BIS Hallmarked.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, VALSTAND may:

- Cancel the order and issue a refund.
Prices displayed on the website may occasionally contain typographical or system-related errors. VALSTAND reserves the right to correct such errors and cancel affected orders if necessary.
If a pricing error occurs and the product has already been shipped, the customer agrees to either:
- Return the product, or
- Pay the applicable price difference.
All prices are displayed in INR (Indian Rupees). Currency conversion tools shown on the website are approximate and final charges may vary depending on payment gateway conversion rates.
All prices are final and non-negotiable unless otherwise stated.
3. Diamond & Gemstone Policies
Loose diamonds, gemstones, and studded jewellery may be accompanied by grading certificates or reports issued by independent gemological laboratories, wherever applicable.
If a product is returned, all accompanying certificates and reports must also be returned. Failure to do so may result in replacement charges.
Comparison Purchasing
To maintain fair pricing and inventory availability, VALSTAND does not encourage comparison purchasing (ordering multiple products with the intention of returning most items).

Return & Exchange

Buyback & Exchange Policy

- Original invoices and certificates are mandatory for all exchange or buyback requests.
- Payments made through cheque or demand draft are subject to clearance before order processing.
- VALSTAND reserves the right to modify this policy without prior notice.
Purchases Above INR 2 Lakhs
In accordance with Indian regulations:
- PAN card details are mandatory for applicable purchases above INR 2 Lakhs.
- Orders may be delayed or cancelled if required KYC details are not provided.
Repairs & Service
Repair charges may apply for:
- Missing stones or components
- Additional gold/platinum usage
- Structural modifications
Shipping & Delivery
Estimated delivery timelines:
- Standard jewellery orders: 7–10 business days
- Customized jewellery orders: Up to 40 business days
Delivery timelines may vary depending on customization, logistics, or unforeseen circumstances.
20-Day Return Policy
Customers may request a return within 20 days of delivery subject to the following conditions:
- Product must be unused and in original condition
- Original invoice, certificates, and packaging must be included
- Customized jewellery is not eligible for cancellation or return
Products exchanged cannot be replaced with items of lower value. Any balance amount will not be refunded unless otherwise specified.
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed after successful quality inspection and verification.
Approved refunds will be initiated through the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Upgrade Policy
Customers may upgrade eligible diamond or platinum jewellery purchased from VALSTAND under the following conditions:
- Existing jewellery may be exchanged at up to 100% of its original purchase value
- The upgraded jewellery must be at least 40% higher in value
- Upgrade eligibility may be subject to product condition and applicable timelines
